When My Baby Dreams

WHEN MY BABY DREAMS was released January 3, 2012 by Harper Collins. It’s a beautiful book. It’s been described as, “From the brillant mind of a new mother Adele Enersen comes this imaginative journey through the irresistable dreamscapes of a newborn. A love letter to babies everywhere.”

And I think you will find the inspiration behind the creation of this book just as moving and beautiful as the pages.

WHEN MY BABY DREAMS began as a creative outlet of a mother in admiration of her sleeping child that turned from just photos to inspiring millions of readers at her blog Mila’s Daydreams. Those photos lead to a book deal, and today you can find WHEN MY BABY DREAMS in a book store near you. While Mila, Enerson’s daughter slept, she created a scene around the baby using blankets, pillows, towels nd other everyday household items.

Currently, Enerson is having a contest over at Mila’s Daydreams for other mothers who want to stage this same type of create of photo with thir babies. It almost makes me wish the kiddos were that little again. But after 1 colicy baby, 2 babies with hemangioma’s,  and almost a decade of diapers and pull ups… I’ll savor the sweet moments the photos of this book reflect.

I hope you all will find it as inspiring as I have.

Daughter of a dairy farmer, this crafty mom has a heart for all things handmade. When she's not writing or crafting, you can find her creating memories with her family.
