Do You Speak Dragon?

That’s dragon talk for “hello.”

I’ve always found it interesting that God split us all up by language. It all goes back to the tower of Babble thing. But after centuries of times, we have all learned to communicate with each other. Some things are just universal.

Although Dragon language may not have been one of God’s main languages for us, he did ultimately give someone the genius to create a whole new language. There are many other creative languages we use today, take sign language for example. Although limited, I have the toddler basics of: potty, eat, drink, sleep, and I love you.

What else do you need right?

See all universal. No matter what language you speak, when it comes down to it we all have the same basic needs.

Even dragons.

There are two really cool sites that translate your everyday language into dragon language, that I’ve found. Draconic Translator and Wikia have proved to great resources as I’ve been learning a lot about speaking dragon for my next writing project. Although, I may not be dragon certified yet, there is a company that sells Dragon voice to text software through Naunce (photo credit).  But I wouldn’t recommend it if you plan on dictating any letters to dragons.
